Grain-Free Weekly Meal Plan 11/30 - 12/5

Welcome to the first meal plan of December!

As we wrap up another holiday week and month, and look forward to a new one, you’ll see many repeat ingredients in the recipes used for this week’s grain-free meal plan. This is on purpose as the market is plentiful with fall produce. If you are like me and try to eat in season, this meal plan will appeal to you. If you don’t like Brussels Sprouts or squash, you may be disappointed. 🙂

One of the great things about this meal plan is that you can stock up on very few ingredients and save money. Be sure to go through each recipe that you want to make and get all of the ingredients ahead of time. Many of the recipes can be made the night before. 



Breakfast – Butternut Squash Breakfast Sausage

Lunch – Caramelized Cabbage with Apples and Bacon

Dinner – Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken


Breakfast – Bacon and Egg Brussels Sprouts Salad (yep, salad for breakfast!)

Lunch –  Warm Kale Salad with Pomegranate, Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Sweet Potatoes

Dinner – Sweet Teriyaki Pulled Pork (pressure cooker or slow cooker)


Breakfast – Simple Sausage Casserole (make ahead and heat in the morning)

Lunch – Chipotle Roasted Acorn Squash with Crispy Prosciutto and Pomegranate 

Dinner – Easy Roast Chicken with Carrot Top Pesto


Breakfast – Spaghetti Squash Hash with Bacon and Kale

Lunch – Simple Paleo Buffalo Chicken

Dinner – Winter Squash Casserole


Breakfast – Butternut Squash Hash with Apples, Sausage, and Kale

Lunch – Paleo Burrito Bowls

Dinner – Paleo Chicken Kiev


Breakfast – Autumn Sweet Potato Hash 

Lunch – Fall Chop Salad with Herb Roasted Chicken, Pears, and Prosciutto 

Dinner – Buffalo Chicken Casserole
