 Welcome to this week’s grain-free meal plan! I have some exciting news! 

My friend Loriel from Natural Loriel is launching her amazing line of natural seasoning blends on Monday, July 27th!

It’s really difficult to find quality seasonings without fillers or questionable ingredients. Loriel is committed to using real food, high quality ingredients in each one of her blends. 

Loriel was very sweet to send me some sample of her new products. It’s really hard to tell you which one of these blends is my favorite! I love the Italian Seasoning sprinkled on all of my veggies (and I eat a lot of veggies!). The Taco Seasoning is amazing in ground beef or turkey with some grain-free tortillas. 

French Onion Dip! What can I say about that, except wow! Click here for the recipe to prepare it. It really is amazing! Most of the time, even the supposedly natural dips have questionable ingredients that I prefer not to put in my body. Thankfully these Naturally Free Blends are safe!

Now, here is our grain-free meal plan for the week. We have six days worth of main dishes for you. Sides can be easy and include big salads, steamed, grilled, or lightly sautĂ©ed vegetables. With food restrictions, some people are okay with pseudo grains quinoa, or wild rice (technically a grass). Some are ok with white rice (even though it’s a grain). If recipes have eggs, they can be removed. 


Breakfast – Chorizo and Poblano Breakfast Skillet

Lunch – Vegetable Roll-Ups and Wrappers 

Dinner – Walnut Sweet Potato Biscuits with Mushroom Gravy


Breakfast – Gluten-Free Paleo Zucchini Muffins

Lunch – Easy, Raw Summer Fruit and Kale Salad

Dinner – Shredded Beef Tacos (These would be great with Naturally Free Taco Seasoning!)

Dinner –Baked Chicken with Spinach and Artichokes
