Green Pasture Fermented Cod Liver Oil/Butter Blend Giveaway!
I’m so excited about this giveaway! I have been saving a bottle of Green Pasture Fermented Cod Liver Oil/Butter Blend for when we reached 1000 likes on Facebook. Well, we are really close so we are going to start the celebrating early! This is not a sponsored post. This is a personal review and giveaway of one of my favorite supplements purchased by me.
My family has been using Green Pasture FCLO for about 3 years. After moving from sunny Southern California to South Jersey where it’s not quite as sunny, we felt the effects of less vitamin D. We started taking FCLO and noticed a huge difference in the way we felt. We’ve tried most of the flavors and like the Cinnamon Tingle the best. We take it straight off the spoon and chase with plain water or kombucha.
Why Fermented Cod Liver Oil?
Fermented cod liver oil is a traditional food prepared the way it was done all throughout history, even as far back as Bible times. It is a superfood high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Vitamin D, and Vitamin A. It is pre-digested because it is fermented and that makes it easily assimilated into the body. The high vitamin butter oil the FCLO is blended with helps the body to be able to use all the nutrients. Fat makes things work and makes vitamins usable!
There is a wonderful post over at the Weston A. Price Foundation website that thoroughly explains fermented cod liver and dosages. I highly recommend reading through it. The Green Pasture website also has an extensive FAQ.
