Weekly Real Food Meal Plan 10/14 – 10/19
Welcome to another edition of real food weekly meal plans! I hope these recipes help your meal planning throughout the week and give you fresh ideas on real food!
This week, I’ve included some bonuses for you. There are side dishes, desserts and also lunch ideas geared towards kids. You’ll see them at the bottom of the post. I try to include alternatives to grains and dairy whenever possible but my family eats very traditionally so not every recipes will be that way.
As always, the plan goes from Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, many families have their own traditions that include food. We leave that day open.
